Pizza
The dough of our pizzas provides a long leavening like in the best Italian pizzerias. The dough will rise in the fridge for twenty hours and then the last hours at room temperature. The slow rising and the use of a little yeast makes the pizza crispy at the base and soft inside with a good honeycomb and much more digestible. All our pizzas are 12”.

All the meats we use, are individually vacuum packed to always preserve the best quality of the meat that remains soft and tasty. All of our English beef is under 30 months and from local farms. We have full traceability of all our fresh meat.
